HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

 

We prioritize the prompt delivery of items to our customers.

Please Note: Estimated Ship Timelines Do Not Include Handling/Production Time!

Delivery Time = Handling time + Transit time

 

As all our products are made to order and printed on demand, they undergo a production process, resulting in a Handling Time.

On average, merchandise is produced and shipped from our facility within 3-5 business days after purchase.

Standard shipping/transit times apply: 5-10 business days for domestic shipments within the SG and 15-30 business days for international shipments.

 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

Shipping costs are determined by the shipping destination and the number of items purchased. You can calculate your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will be automatically updated and displayed in your total costs.

Transit time: 5 – 10 Business days (Monday to Friday)

 

Standard Shipping: $0.01 – $99.99 base cost shipping rate $5(SG)

Free shipping: $49.99 and up (free shipping)

  1. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Transit time: 15-30 business days (Monday to Friday)

 

International Shipping: $0 and up (base cost shipping rate $7.99)

COMMON SHIPPING QUESTIONS

 

1- When will my order be shipped?

 

Once your order is placed, it will undergo a verification process to ensure valid and complete shipping information. If any information is incomplete, we will contact you via email to request additional information. Please respond promptly to avoid order cancellation. The verification process takes 3-5 days, after which you will receive an email notice with your tracking number.

 

2- Can I have a tracking number?

 

Yes, we will email you a tracking number. In some cases, this process may take up to 5 days. You can track your order by clicking on “Order Tracking” in the Main Menu. If you do not receive an email, please contact us before initiating a Chargeback, as emails may not always be sent automatically.

 

3- I ordered 2+ items, but only received one… where’s my order?

 

We may ship multiple items separately to expedite delivery. You may receive one item before the others. If you have concerns about missing items, please be patient as they are likely on their way.

 

4- Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

 

This could be due to an incorrect email address entry. We typically send 3-4 emails throughout the order process, including order confirmation, fulfillment notice, and shipping notice. If you suspect an error, please contact support@gyromade.com for assistance.

 

5- Can I ship to multiple addresses?

 

At this time, we cannot ship to multiple addresses in one order. Please place separate orders for each shipping address.

 

6- TAX?

 

We do not have tax nexus outside the SG.

 

7- Verification?

 

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is authorized and verified. We begin processing your order immediately after verification, making changes or cancellations difficult. You can track your order on our Track Order page. If your order is overdue, please contact us for assistance.
