At gyromade.com, we are dedicated to ensuring that all our products meet high-quality standards and are delivered to you accurately and on time.

If you wish to request a cancellation, replacement, or refund for any reason, please contact gyromade.com support at support@gyromade.com and follow our guidelines.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You are unable to cancel your order on your end. Once your order has been placed, you have a window of 8 hours to contact us and request order cancellations. After this period, your order will have entered production and cannot be cancelled.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?

All transactions, including refunds, will be securely processed through PayPal or Stripe. Please refer to our Billing Terms & Conditions for further information.

Typically, you will receive your refund within 5 business days. However, it may take a few additional working days depending on your bank’s processing time. If you notice a significant delay in receiving your refund, please contact us for assistance.

WHEN CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT ITEM OR REFUND?

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please ensure that:

Customers have 14 days from the receipt of their item to request a replacement or refund.

Each product is carefully inspected before delivery. However, in the event of the following, we offer replacement items or refunds:

The product itself is flawed.

The printing quality is poor.

The final product materially differs from the design presented on our website.

The product’s information (type, size, color, printing content) does not match the order.

For personalized products, we are not liable for compensation if you provide poor quality pictures (below our required resolution) or misspell the custom name.

As your order is custom-printed specifically for you, we do not offer refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues. Buyers assume all risks when selecting the style and fit of their purchase. To assist you in choosing the right size, we provide a size chart on each product page. Please refer to it for the best fit.

DAMAGED/INCORRECT/LOW-QUALITY PRODUCTS

We guarantee a free replacement or refund in the following situations:

The design was poorly printed.

You received a different size or product from what you ordered.

Please contact us with your order number and clear photos showing the incorrect item, poor print quality, or damaged area of the item.

Please check our size chart carefully, as we cannot be held responsible if your ordered size does not fit you. However, we can offer you a replacement item with the correct size, color, or design. You will only need to pay the shipping and handling fees, and we will provide you with the total fee.

You will receive confirmation of your replacement order within 5 business days. Please allow up to an additional 5 days for fulfillment before we can provide you with a new tracking number.

MISSING/UNDelivered ORDERS

If your item has not arrived within 20 business days after ordering, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. Please note that this policy excludes errors made by customers providing incorrect shipping details on their orders and missed parcel deliveries.
